Executive Administrator - CISA

About the role
As an Executive Administrator at ARETUM, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the Department of Homeland Security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, prepare reports, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide internal guidance and coordination regarding administrative functions, management controls, metrics collection, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and general administrative compliance.
- Offer subject matter expertise in office administration, records management, knowledge management, task allotment and tracking, quality control, and assurance.
- Coordinate and prepare travel arrangements, authorization, and vouchers on behalf of Government staff through the CISA travel system.
- Write and edit memos, develop spreadsheets, files, and copy documents.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, organize and maintain calendars (including priority management of requests) for CSD staff.
- Coordinate media appearances/interviews and congressional meetings/briefings in accordance with DHS and CISA policies and procedures.
- Provide logistics support for on-site events, including coordinating teleconferences, video teleconferences, meeting registration, and room reservations.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in the responsibilities listed above.
- Preference for recent and similar DHS experience.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Master’s degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability or Public Trust determination.
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; sponsorship is not available.
