About The Role The Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) plays a vital role in supporting high-level strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth daily operations within a fast-paced environment. This position requires a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating international and domestic travel, and preparing executive materials with precision. The role primarily focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to the CSO, acting as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will assist with project and task coordination by tracking initiatives, maintaining transparency, and ensuring timely completion of action items. This role demands exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
