About the role

You will serve as the strategic right hand to senior leaders, driving seamless daily operations and optimizing executive workflow across our organization. This high-impact role empowers you to master calendar logistics, lead vital administrative initiatives, and serve as the face of executive leadership. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize leadership efficiency.
  • Direct daily administrative workflows to ensure complete alignment across office operations and executive initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, C-suite partners, and internal staff with exceptional service.
  • Draft, review, and organize executive correspondence, detailed reports, and sensitive operational documents.
  • Prioritize competing administrative demands and high-priority tasks with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage advanced office software and technology tools to streamline administrative productivity and recordkeeping.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
  • Proven mastery of calendar management, advanced office software, and digital organizational tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Specific experience handling bookkeeping and/or accounting.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification.
  • Prior experience working within the electrical, controls, or security technology industries.
