About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic and operational support to our CEO and the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or boards of directors is preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
- Develop professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, company-wide forums, strategic planning sessions, and Board of Directors meetings.
- Draft, edit, and maintain executive communications, strategic documents, agendas, reports, and meeting materials with exceptional attention to detail.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Collapse executive travel, conference attendance, company events, and offsite meetings.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create accurate, polished materials for leadership review.
- Serve as the primary contact for office vendors, building services, office supplies, and facility coordination.
- Support internal culture initiatives, employee events, and organizational programs to foster a positive work environment.
