Executive Administrative Assistant
About the role
Keep Straticon's leadership organized, informed, and ready for what's next. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing shifting priorities and daily details—coordinating calendars, correspondence, meetings, and logistics that keep our executive team running smoothly. You will report directly to the CEO and COO and work closely with leadership across the Ownership group.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management and meeting scheduling for the CEO and COO, including coordinating conference calls.
- Phone coverage—answering calls, directing them to the appropriate parties, and taking messages as needed.
- Organization and clerical support, including preparing correspondence and updating documentation.
- Recording, typing, and distributing meeting minutes.
- Greeting visitors meeting with executives and ensuring materials and information are prepared in advance.
- Travel arrangements for executives, from booking to itinerary coordination.
- Day-to-day office support, including running errands and ordering supplies.
- Tracking and updating daily tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assisting with additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to the evolving priorities of executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs.
- Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to take on daily responsibilities that can change over time.
- Willingness to learn company-specific software and systems.
- Knowledge of construction terminology is preferred but not required.
