Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the hotel office
  • Maintain organized filing systems for guest records, invoices, and internal documents
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping records
  • Draft professional correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of management
  • Ensure timely communication of updates and policies to staff
  • Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (a plus)
  • Additional certifications in office administration, customer service, or hotel management (a plus)

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in multitasking and managing competing priorities
  • Familiarity with office administration procedures and best practices
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping

Pay

Compensation range: $25 per hour
