About the role

The main function of an administrative assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team budget such as travel and entertainment expenses.
  • Perform general support duties, including mailings, copies, printing, coordination of schedules, office setup, maintaining office equipment, and space planning.
  • Prepare expense reports, make travel and accommodation arrangements for team members, schedule and plan meetings and appointments including scheduling conference rooms, maintaining meeting materials, and supplies.
  • May be responsible for reconciliation and tracking of budget items.
  • Assist in events planning, including scheduling, catering, setup, and breakdown.
  • May be responsible for setting up daily/weekly standing video conference calls for the management team.
  • Place Inventory Requests for devices as needed.
  • Handle shipping, mailing, and packaging as needed.
  • May assist in ordering and tracking new hire equipment to ensure timely receipt.
  • Perform word processing, prepare presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, contracts, internal memos, and status reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of directly related experience is required.
  • Expertise in basic Windows programs.
  • Experience in researching information and preparing communications.
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative nature, and a positive attitude.
  • Preference for recent college graduates.
  • English/Korean bilingual professional proficiency required.

Pay

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $37.00 – $37.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
