About the role
The main function of an administrative assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to the C-Suite office by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing a vast array of clerical functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist current executive assistant to better serve the C-Suite office.
- Perform general office duties such as mailing, making copies/prints, coordinating schedules, setting up the office, maintaining office equipment and condition, ordering office supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
- Assist in event planning including scheduling, catering, setting up, and break down.
Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Must always have a professional demeanor.
- Immaculate follow-up skills; strong attention to detail is a must.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Korean bilingual (top skill).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of corporate experience.

Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $46.00–$46.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
