Executive Admin Assistant 4
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Korean Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support to Samsung's C-Suite office. This role will partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to ensure smooth daily operations, support executive activities, manage confidential information, and coordinate administrative and event-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Assistant in delivering high-level administrative support to Samsung's C-Suite office.
- Manage general office operations, including:
- Mailing and shipping
- Copying, printing, and document preparation
- Schedule coordination and calendar support
- Office setup and maintenance
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Maintaining office equipment and workspace conditions
- Records management and filing systems
- Basic bookkeeping and administrative tracking
- Prepare and distribute invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other business documents.
- Maintain and organize corporate documents, records, reports, and confidential files.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails and other communications.
- Draft and prepare responses to routine inquiries and correspondence.
- Aid with event planning and coordination, including scheduling, catering arrangements, meeting setup, and post-event breakdown.
- Support benefits administration and related employee support activities as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Korean-English bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) at native level required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate administrative experience.
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership teams preferred.
- Benefits administration experience preferred.

Pay Range: $42 - $46 Weekly
Schedule: 40 hours
