Exchange Support Engineer

About the Opportunity:The EXCHANGE SUPPORT ENGINEER is responsible for operational support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration of enterprise messaging platforms within customer environments. This role ensures the stability and efficiency of Microsoft Exchange Online and related messaging services, directly impacting customer satisfaction and platform reliability. Responsibilities:Provide remote operational support for Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 messaging servicesTroubleshoot and resolve email delivery, mail flow, and messaging-related incidentsMonitor platform health and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requestsSupport email security and gateway technologies including Cloudflare GatewayInvestigate mail routing, email authentication, spam filtering, and message delivery issuesPerform application configuration, maintenance, and support tasksDocument troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and knowledge articlesCommunicate with customers regarding incidents, service requests, and resolutionsCollaborate with internal engineering, infrastructure, networking, and security teamsParticipate in on-call support as scheduledIdentify opportunities for operational improvements and proactive issue prevention Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging or collaboration platformsExperience with Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Applications and ServicesKnowledge of email security and messaging gateways such as Cloudflare GatewayWorking knowledge of SMTP, Exchange mail flow, SPF, DKIM, and DMARCUnderstanding of email security concepts and best practices Pay Range and Compensation Package:Starting pay range is $61,668 to $107,063, dependent on experience and qualificationsEligibility for incentive compensation based on performance Benefits & Perks:Medical insurance with employer contributionDental insurance with employer contributionVision insurance with employer contributionFlexible spending or health savings accountLife and AD&D insuranceShort and long term disability coveragePaid time offEmployee assistance programParticipation in a 401(k) program with company matchAdditional voluntary or legally-required benefits Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
