Exchange Operations Specialist

About The Role

You will support fast and reliable trading operations for institutional clients. You will troubleshoot electronic trading systems, support low-latency execution paths, analyze logs, automate workflows, collaborate with technology specialists on integrations, build operational dashboards, and support risk and regulatory controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years in trading operations or trade support management within digital assets, fintech, or electronic trading.
• Strong understanding of trading market structure and the full order lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting complex cloud-based electronic trading systems.
• Proficiency in Linux or Unix command-line environments and Bash scripting.
• Experience with log search and analysis and operational workflow automation.
• Understanding of FIX protocol APIs and market data infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Experience in FX, equities, or derivatives is desirable.
• Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody, KYC, AML, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and a data-driven approach.

• Optimize platform performance and reliability for institutional clients.
• Support low-latency algorithmic trading paths.
• Scale infrastructure for high transaction volumes.
• Improve algorithm recovery and detect unusual trade bursts.
• Connect sales, institutional clients, and technology functions.
• Lead workflow and operational process optimization projects.
• Build dashboards and reports linking technical metrics with business KPIs.
• Partner with finance, risk, legal, and compliance functions.
• Maintain governance across exchange activities.
