Responsibilities

  • Exchange and Client Excellence: Fine-tune the platform to ensure fast and reliable trading, providing high-quality support for institutional clients.
  • Trading Algorithm & Execution Support: Develop low-latency trading paths, scale infrastructure, manage millions of transactions during market spikes, and implement security measures to detect unusual trade patterns.
  • Be the Bridge Between Trading and Tech: Collaborate with sales teams, institutional clients, and technology organizations to support new products and features, ensuring seamless integration into the live trading environment.
  • Drive Strategic Optimization: Lead projects to enhance client workflows and operational processes, focusing on platform efficiency, risk reduction, and scalability.
  • Shape Business Strategy with Data: Build and maintain powerful dashboards and reports correlating technical metrics with key business KPIs, empowering the executive team with data-driven strategic insights.
  • Uphold Market Integrity: Work closely with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of digital assets, maintaining a robust governance structure across all exchange activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in trading operations, trade support management, or similar roles within digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading.
  • Strong background and deep understanding of trading, market structure, and the full order lifecycle.
  • Technically proficient with hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting complex electronic trading systems running in the cloud.
  • Proficient in Linux/Unix command-line environments and Bash scripting, with the ability to automate workflows and troubleshoot system-level issues.
  • Experience with FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure, with a preference for experience in FX, equities, or derivatives.
  • Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody solutions, KYC/AML, and cyber-security best practices.
  • Strong critical thinking and data-driven approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
