Exceptional Children’s Monitoring and Compliance Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

Under the general direction of the Director of Exceptional Children, the EC Monitoring and Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with federal (IDEA), state, and local regulations governing special education. This position supports monitoring, reporting, and corrective action planning to ensure that students with disabilities receive a free, appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.
