Responsibilities

• Ensure product compliance to customer specifications and industry standards, including managing supplier performance.
• Lead external customer audit activities and support certification of Quality Management System audits.
• Drive supplier teams to update/create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WKI).
• Manage the Supplier Scorecard process and conduct supplier audits.
• Engage engineers and subject matter experts to address customer quality concerns.
• Support initial investigation and disposition decisions for Non-Conforming Material (NCM).
• Collaborate with site engineers to implement improvements and lead CAPA development for repeat or systemic issues.
• Participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferred.
• Two (2) years of related industry experience, preferred five (5) years.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quality management systems and auditing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule

This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
