Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in-store, over the phone, and via email.
- Represent our company positively by greeting customers warmly and courteously.
- Aid customers with inquiries, orders, and returns promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and help create backorders as needed.
- Prepare and send quotes for custom orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Keep the customer database updated with accurate information, notes, and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
