Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in-store, over the phone, and via email.
  • Represent our company positively by greeting customers warmly and courteously.
  • Aid customers with inquiries, orders, and returns promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help create backorders as needed.
  • Prepare and send quotes for custom orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Keep the customer database updated with accurate information, notes, and correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
