About the role

Our company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our construction projects in Preston, ID, Sparks, NV, Reno, NV, and other locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in directional drilling and on-site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Manage a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to provide regular updates on project progress.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license with a passenger endorsement.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience with directional drilling equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

Pay
