EVS Worker Lead - BSWH College Station

Job Responsibilities

• Aids management and supervisors in sign-in/sign-out processes.
• Assists in preparing and delivering necessary supplies for employee needs.
• Might conduct assessments of public restrooms and on-call rooms.
• Reports employee issues such as safety concerns, injuries, and disciplinary actions.
• Supervises staff assignments to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
• Formulates action plans to address inefficiencies and quality discrepancies.
• Trains, coaches, and motivates staff members.
• Maintains an accurate record-keeping system for quality control.
• Ensures adherence to departmental sanitation procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Maintains compliance with Aramark's standards and client contracts.
• Maintains necessary records and reports for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in environmental services.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to apply basic math functions.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions.
• Ability to work independently after appropriate training and instruction.
• Positive attitude towards customers, co-workers, and clients.
