About the role

The Environmental Services EVS Supervisor develops and implements facility solutions, leading operations to meet objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.
• Reward and recognize employees; identify and develop top talent.
• Plan and lead team management meetings.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Deliver and model WEST as the foundation for excellent customer service.
• Assist with planning and information as the STAR selling model is applied in client interactions.
• Facilitate and support new business and retention activities.
• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for labor, supply, and inventory.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements.
• Deliver client and company financial targets.
• Embrace Aramark processes and systems; eliminate custom/manual reports.
• Understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
• Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
• Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience and up to 2 years in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
