Responsibilities
- Maintains quality and cleanliness of assigned areas, including casino floor, mirrors, glass, and restrooms.
- Performs daily tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, disposing of trash, and dusting.
- Cleans and mops restrooms, including sinks and mirrors.
- Monitors bathrooms for cleanliness and reports issues to management.
- Completely cleans the casino floor, including vacuuming and maintaining gaming tables.
- Orders and retrieves necessary cleaning supplies from the supply room.
- Responds to bio hazards and reports maintenance needs and emergency repairs to supervisor.
- Ensures safety and proper operation of equipment and supplies.
- Turns in lost and found items to security promptly.
- Performs all job duties safely and complies with personal protective equipment.
- Attends training classes and participates in pre-shift meetings.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, ascend, and descend stairs.
- Visual abilities to safely operate motorized equipment and inspect work upon completion.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly and handle sensitive situations involving staff and guests.
- Age requirement of 21 years old.
