Instrumental in shaping the future direction of the industry, frequently sought after for innovative thinking and groundbreaking insights. Tackles the most complex and challenging problems that significantly impact the management and strategic direction of the business, network, or agency.

Leverages deep knowledge and experience to drive innovation and transform organizational practices, contributing to the overall success and competitive advantage of the organization. Develops and implements comprehensive data strategies, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure high standards of data quality, security, and integrity across the agency or network, while enabling analysts, data scientists, and business teams with trusted, well-structured data to support decision-making.

Advises both internal stakeholders and external clients on leveraging data-driven approaches to address complex challenges, identify opportunities and risks, and drive sustainable business growth. Supports the definition of data vision and strategy, and delivers insights, reports, and presentations that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations aligned to broader business objectives.

Pay

New York: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
