Responsibilities
- Prepare and file court documents
- Navigate and understand court procedures
- Assist with hearing preparation
- Maintain case statuses
- Submit filing fee check requests
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior knowledge of the eviction process preferred
- Legal experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to communicate professionally with clerks, judges, and attorneys
- Understand/learn eviction law and local jurisdictional requirements
Qualifications
- Proficient in software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Identifies and resolves issues in a timely and effective manner
- Works well as a team player and assists others within the department
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Conscientious with respect to work quality, deadlines, time management, and attendance
- Takes initiative when faced with obstacles by identifying needs and proactively taking action

- Analytical and detail-oriented while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
