Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and nurture qualified inbound and outbound prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Own the entire sales process from discovery through close, including qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of SMB and mid-market opportunities.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and ROI.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and position Zyratalk as a strategic solution.
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to create an exceptional buyer experience.
- Represent Zyratalk at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of SaaS, software, or technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by achieving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
- Experience using modern sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
- Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations within the United States.

Pay
$140,000 to $160,000 USD per year in most US locations.
