Events/SALES Consultant Job Summary
The Events/SALES Consultant is responsible for selling fun at Urban Air. Ideal candidates will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests, designing perfect combinations of food, drinks, and attractions for various events such as birthday parties, church events, sports groups, and corporate team building. Key requirements include making quality connections through outbound prospecting, attending community events, having strong phone and computer skills, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
A Day in the Life
- Sell the FUN and work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups.
- Strive for personal development and career growth.
- Represent Urban Air positively and enthusiastically, leading to repeat business and referrals.
- Work in a non-typical family entertainment environment with great food, attractions, and special events.
- Work flexible hours including Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings.
