The Event Vendor Coordinator operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses specifically on vendor coordination for event execution, ensuring decisions reflect the unique demands of these environments.
The coordinator maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions, with all actions traceable through a vendor-focused, coordination-owned workflow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor-focused logistics with event teams, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review and update global events role documentation with real-time status tracking for vendor coordination.
- Manage vendor deadlines, documenting coordination efforts and maintaining clear records of progress and dependencies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting to support event execution and workflow transparency.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they impact downstream work.
- Apply Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Event Planning tools confidently in vendor coordination efforts.
- Ensure data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines throughout the vendor coordination process.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, maintaining visibility in the event workflow.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when vendor coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete remote work only when reporting, workflow context, and status tracking ensure the work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next teammate.
Requirements
- Strong vendor coordination skills, ensuring event execution remains usable under the specific demands of corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns.
- Ability to maintain traceable work, assign owners to unresolved items, and surface errors before they lead to rework.
- Proficiency in record management, event planning, and process compliance within a vendor-focused, coordination-owned workflow.
Pay
Base salary: $44,000–$69,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
