Event Coordinator

About the role

Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, undergoing a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. We are looking for an Event Coordinator to design, market, and execute a full calendar of weekly, monthly, and anchor events.

Responsibilities

• Own the event calendar — weekly leagues, monthly themed events, monthly anchor events.
• Own per-event P&L: attendance targets, ticket pricing, F&B attach, sponsor revenue, marketing spend, instructor cost, contribution margin.
• Marketing execution: social, email, signage, local partnerships.
• Sponsor outreach, qualification, close, and on-site activation.
• Vendor and instructor coordination (food, beverage, DJ, equipment, talent).
• Convert event attendees into Club 45 members.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, hospitality, brand activation, or sports/club management.
• Track record of executing live events with 100+ attendees.
• Specific revenue numbers from past events you can defend in interview.
• Comfort on the phone with sponsors, vendors, and partners.
• Hustle profile — want to build something, not manage at a big company.

• Colorado HFWA, FAMLI eligibility, workers’ comp, free Club 45 individual membership.

Benefits

• $30,000 base salary.
• 12% of net contribution margin per event.
• 12% commission on net new sponsor revenue.
• Upside (uncapped): $60,000–$75,000+

Pay

At-target Year 1: $48,000–$55,000. Upside (uncapped): $60,000–$75,000+
