Tenant Experience & Engagement
- Coordinate and execute tenant-facing events, including wellness programming, networking events, and seasonal activations.
- Support tenants in reserving and utilizing amenity spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for tenant event logistics, including setup, A/V coordination, and space configuration.
- Foster a strong sense of community through ongoing engagement initiatives and curated programming.
Plaza Programming & Activations
- Assist in the execution of public events and activations in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Care for vendors, rentals, signage, and event logistics for plaza programming.
- Act as the on-site host during events, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Support seasonal activations that position Lyrik as a premier destination in Back Bay.
Event Operations & Logistics
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangements, signage, and materials distribution.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Janitorial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with building policies, permits, and insurance requirements.
- Maintain organization of storage areas, supplies, and event materials.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote events and enhance visibility.
- Capture event content (photos/video) for social media and digital channels.
- Provide logistical support for marketing campaigns and special initiatives.
