Tenant Experience & Engagement

  • Coordinate and execute tenant-facing events, including wellness programming, networking events, and seasonal activations.
  • Support tenants in reserving and utilizing amenity spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for tenant event logistics, including setup, A/V coordination, and space configuration.
  • Foster a strong sense of community through ongoing engagement initiatives and curated programming.

Plaza Programming & Activations

  • Assist in the execution of public events and activations in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Care for vendors, rentals, signage, and event logistics for plaza programming.
  • Act as the on-site host during events, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Support seasonal activations that position Lyrik as a premier destination in Back Bay.

Event Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangements, signage, and materials distribution.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Janitorial teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with building policies, permits, and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain organization of storage areas, supplies, and event materials.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote events and enhance visibility.
  • Capture event content (photos/video) for social media and digital channels.
  • Provide logistical support for marketing campaigns and special initiatives.
