We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "Building a Brand starts with a Story FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency providing Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data & Insights services. For 30 years, we have utilized three flexible delivery models: Embedded teams, Corporate Campus operations, and a Full-Service Agency. Managing over 37,000 events & projects annually across 110 countries, FIRST serves 130+ brands, specializing in Fortune 500 companies within the Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Media, and Professional Services sectors. FIRST is part of the broader Encore family of companies. Encore is a global leader in event production and technology. Consistently recognized for excellence, recent honors include 2026 Chief Marketer Agency of the Year, the Ad Net Zero Award for sustainability, and more. Location: Remote - must reside in the US and be able to work EST hours Learn more at www.firstagency.com" That's about the company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. But we have company overview. Could treat as "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use About the role for company overview and role description? But we also have "What You Would Get To Do" which is responsibilities. Then "What We Are Looking For" which is requirements/qualifications/skills. Then benefits and pay. Thus sections: - About the role (company overview + maybe location) - Responsibilities (What You Would Get To Do) - Requirements (What We Are Looking For) maybe split into Qualifications and Skills? But we can combine or separate if content distinct. The posting lists: 5+ years experience..., Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office..., Proficiency with registration website platforms..., General knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus..., Able to manage multiple projects..., Strong written and oral communication..., Motivated..., Flexible..., etc. That's qualifications and skills. Could split into Qualifications (experience, education) and Skills (technical, soft). But we can just have one "Requirements" section covering both. However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Schedule not mentioned (no schedule details). So omit Schedule. Benefits: list of benefits after "At FIRST, we believe...". That's substantive. Pay: "United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $75,656.00 - $87,004.00 This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus." Also note about location-based pay. That's substantive. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statements, etc. Remove those paragraphs at end. Also remove "Learn more at www.firstagency.com" maybe keep as part of About the role? It's a link but we can keep as plain text? Probably keep as part of About the role. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from responsibilities, requirements, benefits, pay. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Event Technology Manager". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

and include all bullet points from "What We Are Looking For". Also include maybe "5+ years of experience..." etc. We need to preserve all details. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel

    • Motivated, self-starter, ability to take direction and work independently; ability to think innovatively

    • 401(k)
    • Five Flexible Spending Accounts Options

    • Discretionary Bonus Structure
    • Global Opportunities: With a presence in 7 countries worldwide, including headquarters in London, New York, and Singapore, you may have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across different locations.
    Now Pay:

    Pay

United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $75,656.00 - $87,004.00. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Please note that the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across various U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We should keep that as prose. We must not include EEO statements etc. Remove the final paragraphs about equal opportunity, etc. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The location remote - must reside in US and be able to work EST hours. Already included in About the role. Also mention "Domestic and/or international travel may be required with this role up to 40%." That's part of responsibilities? Actually it's in the "What You Would Get To Do" paragraph before responsibilities list. We should include that as a responsibility bullet or prose.
