About the role

The Event Staff Experience Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of Part-Time Game Day Staff communications, payroll processing, event scheduling, game-day staff budgets, and act as the liaison between part-time staff and Human Resources. This role reports directly to the Event Staff Operations Manager and assists with the 50/50 game-day operation, manages ABI software and vendor relationships, partners with Merchandise for hiring and training, and oversees part-time employee record-keeping and event staff experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain day-to-day staff communication, including training seasonal associates to communicate effectively.
  • Manage part-time staff hiring, including posting positions, interview management, onboarding, and training.
  • Manage the ABI MasterMind program and maintain/update event schedules for Game Day Staff.
  • Evaluate Game Day Staff performance, manage employee points, and create/send performance notification and termination letters.
  • Update and track Game Day Staff feedback and discipline.
  • Liaise with Human Resources and Accounting to ensure employment files are up to date and payroll adjustments are processed timely.
  • Manage the Eagles Autism Foundation's 50/50 Raffle Operation on Eagles Game Days, overseeing a part-time raffle team of 40+ staff.
  • Handle employment verifications for current and prior employees.
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage and organize Employee Check-In.
  • Partner with Merchandise to coordinate all aspects of part-time staff hiring, onboarding, and training.
  • Partner with Event Operations on special event staffing needs, scheduling, and positioning.
  • Plan, organize, and execute the part-time staff post-season party.
  • Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field and Game Day Staff-related events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Event Staff Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of professional administrative support experience required.
  • College degree required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Strong interest or background in Customer Service and Operations.
  • Preferably has previous ABI or other staff management systems experience.
