Event Setup Coordinator

About the role

The Event Setup Coordinator will set up at UWD’s marketing events, ensuring everything is properly organized prior to the event starting. They will promote UWD’s line of products and implement UWD’s award-winning marketing setup while maintaining the positive image, brand, and reputation of Universal Windows Direct.

Responsibilities

• Attend trade shows and events to set up UWD’s exclusive line of products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with coworkers to ensure everything is properly set and organized.
• Ensure all equipment is set and ready to go for all events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience setting up at events and trade shows.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a desire to assist customers.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

Pay

$25/hour.

Schedule

Part-time.
