Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces, organize promotional materials, and support event teams before, during, and after activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with setting up event spaces, tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials.Organize supplies and confirm that necessary materials are available before events begin.Help arrange displays and equipment according to event instructions and layout plans.Support event staff with preparation and logistical tasks.Keep event areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout activities.Replenish promotional materials and supplies as needed.Assist with welcoming attendees and directing them to the appropriate areas.Help dismantle displays, pack equipment, and organize materials after events.Report missing, damaged, or insufficient supplies to the event coordinator.Follow workplace safety guidelines and event procedures. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and standing for extended periods when required.Ability to adapt to changing event needs and schedules.Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.Previous event or setup experience is an advantage but not required.
