As an Event Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation by ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Must currently possess a security license and have experience in supervising security guards.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
• Must consistently maintain an excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards in accordance with BEST Crowd Management standards.
• Must be accountable and possess the ability to hold subordinate officers accountable.
• Leadership or management experience required.
• Must be personable and have soft skills.
