Event Security – Music & Entertainment Crew

About the role

You will work at sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers, ensuring safety and fun for thousands of guests each year. Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and allow appropriate entry into each venue.
• Welcome, usher, and provide superior customer service to guests.
• Direct foot traffic and provide helpful directions or suggestions to enhance the entertainment experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
• Initiate genuine, friendly greetings and thank guests at the end of each encounter, using a natural speaking voice and friendly tone.
• Work with a team, meet new people, and be part of the live concert experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior experience required.

Pay

Starting pay: $15 per hour. Weekly pay.

Schedule

Flexible part‑time scheduling under 30 hours per week, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends. Multiple openings available; overtime may be required.
