Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event‑day preparation and execution.
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue; collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic entering and exiting the venue.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
• Greet guests with a genuine, friendly, and personal welcome and thank them at the end of the encounter.
• Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Interact with guests using a smile, natural speaking voice, inflection, and friendly tone.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time flexible scheduling under 30 hours per week.
