About the role
Nashville's #1 Home Improvement Co is hiring weekend Event Promoters. This role is designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who are comfortable approaching people and motivated to earn money based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage everyone who walks by our booth
- Use your persuasive personality to get potential customers excited to learn more and schedule a free in-home estimate on one of our home improvement products
- Professionally represent the company
Requirements
- Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
- Must be able to work weekends when the events/shows happen
- Active role requiring being on your feet for a 4-hour shift
- Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area
