CRYSTAL BEES is a unique 33-thousand square-foot venue with 16 Bowling Lanes, VIP Bowling and Lounge, Three Bars (One Huge), Live Music, Billiards and Arcade. Features include almost 3-thousand square-feet of the latest in Arcade and High Value Redemption Games, tons of high definition and big screen TV's, 8 DLP Projectors streaming sporting events and music videos, and amazing effects lighting and amplified sound system playing rock and pop hits from today.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all inquiries, transforming them into booked events.
- Bring the experience to life by speaking with ease and authority on CRYSTAL BEES distinctive properties and event packages.
- Take direction well and know how to lead and support the management team.
- Assist with preparing for trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events.
- Seek out and identify opportunities for proactive account management.
- Work with clients to plan, coordinate, and ensure booked events are world-class experiences.
- Cultivate client relationships both during and after the event.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an Event Sales role.
- A bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Hospitality).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to own and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail.
- Hospitality experience (preferred).
