About the role
The Event Sales Coordinator supports and assists the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events.
Responsibilities
- Support the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events.
- Manage initial sales leads from TripleSeat (event booking software) and telephone inquiries.
- Organize booking documents and close event sales.
- Gather and prepare Business Event Orders (BEO) for weekly manager meetings.
- Create floor charts for upcoming events.
- Develop and maintain business relationships by participating in offsite store-sponsored events when the Event Sales Manager is unavailable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills in a high-volume environment.
- Able to anticipate problems and make contingency plans.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
