About the role

The Event Sales Coordinator supports and assists the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events.
  • Manage initial sales leads from TripleSeat (event booking software) and telephone inquiries.
  • Organize booking documents and close event sales.
  • Gather and prepare Business Event Orders (BEO) for weekly manager meetings.
  • Create floor charts for upcoming events.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships by participating in offsite store-sponsored events when the Event Sales Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills in a high-volume environment.
  • Able to anticipate problems and make contingency plans.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A charming demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Flexible and approachable.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • High energy and upbeat.
