Job Responsibilities

• Met and/or exceeded budgeted revenue growth in assigned business segments.
• Created client invoices daily with the goal to upsell all orders.
• Planned and designed décor packages with clients; managed shipments for events.
• Maintained contact with clients via email and phone to confirm event orders.
• Supervised events on-site working directly with clients.
• Aided in the weekly event schedule.
• Processed payments for various client orders.
• Followed up with clients after events to gather feedback.
• Became a liaison between the sales team and operations team.

Skills/Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for events and design with a good aesthetic sense.
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, energetic, assertive, and good with people.
• Must have Sales experience with a proven track record.
• Highly detailed oriented with strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and outgoing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well both independently and in a team.
• Ability to proactively anticipate problems and create solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Flexible schedule if needed to work events.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Event Planning background a Plus.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility for constant changes.
• A great work ethic.

Monday - Friday; Willing to work 1-2 Weekend days a Month based on the season
