Responsibilities
- Create detailed, accurate quotations for new installation and capital projects with a high degree of precision in pricing, product configuration, and commercial terms.
- Coincide closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Sales to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
- Conduct and participate in virtual meetings (Microsoft Teams) with field representatives, EPC firms, end users, and internal stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely follow-up on open opportunities.
- Manage technical submittals, documentation packages, and drawing coordination.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, project tracking tools, and commercial documentation.
- Support order entry accuracy and review of contractual requirements prior to order acceptance.
- Support field representatives in their sales pursuits from early specification through project award.
- Serve as a primary internal technical resource for field representatives on both Continental Disc and Groth product lines.
- Develop strong product and application knowledge to provide guidance on sizing concepts, configurations, compliance requirements, and competitive positioning.
- Assist field representatives with customer strategy, quote refinement, and technical clarification.
- Provide rapid response to technical and commercial inquiries to help field representatives advance opportunities.
- Participate in strategy calls with representatives to align on high-profile accounts and target projects.
- Periodically travel with field representatives to customer sites to strengthen relationships and support sales efforts.
- Deliver on-site product presentations and persuasive sales presentations to EPC customers, engineers, project managers, and key decision-makers.
- Support commercial contract review and negotiation in coordination with Sales Management and Legal.
- Aid in the review of customer terms and conditions, identifying commercial risks and required deviations.
- Participate in nuclear transaction contract review, including documentation related to quality, compliance, and commercial obligations.
- Negotiate and document nuclear order liability terms, working with internal stakeholders to ensure risk alignment and approval compliance.
- Help coordinate internal approval processes for non-standard commercial terms and nuclear-specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contract deviations, approvals, and negotiated terms.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to ensure contract terms are clearly communicated and executable.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Have 2+ years experience in project coordination, inside sales, or industrial sales support.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
- Have experience supporting manufacturer representative networks or field sales teams.
- Have experience working with EPC firms or industrial end users.
- Have a background in industrial equipment, pressure relief devices, or engineered products.
- Have an understanding of project-based sales cycles and specification-driven sales.
Qualifications
- Have working knowledge of computers sufficient to successfully use company ERP system, Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Have intermediate math skills.
- Have knowledge of units of measure.
- Have problem solving skills.
- Have intermediate reading skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to read basic submittal drawings.
- Have working knowledge of mechanical equipment and processes.

Benefits
This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is typically full-time, with occasional travel required.
