Join our dynamic team of life event producers! We are seeking an experienced individual to lead and execute high-profile events. Key responsibilities include planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed event plans and timelines
• Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to budget
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, and entertainment
• Oversee event day operations to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and engage attendees
• Assure compliance with all legal and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event production
• Proven track record in managing large-scale events
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with event planning software such as Cvent or Tallyr
• Knowledge of local and national event regulations

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
