Event Pantry
Part-time position with Constellation Culinary Group in Sarasota, FL. Paid weekly.
About the role
Responsible for setup of events, back-of-house (BOH) organization, and management of rental equipment, trash, and general kitchen/sanitation maintenance. May include light kitchen food prep such as hors d'oeuvre composition, garnishes, finishing touches, and assisting with plating. Helps break down events. Primarily BOH-focused, but may be asked to assist on the event floor as needed.
