How To Apply
Please submit your resume and a cover letter. In your cover letter and/or a separate written submission, please address the following: Tell us about a process, system, or workflow you improved or built from scratch. What problem were you trying to solve, and what was the outcome? Were you at liberty to invent this as you wanted? Did you have to overcome any organizational objections or convince other stakeholders to agree? How long did it take and what did the execution timeline look like? Describe a time when you were required to manage a difficult stakeholder, client, or team dynamic. What approach did you take to move the situation forward, and what was the result?
We're less interested in polished "perfect" answers and more interested in how you think, communicate, solve problems, and approach complexity.
