What You'll Do
- Develop, drive, and scale OneSignal's live events strategy end-to-end
- Serve as the primary owner of all event activations, including regional trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, happy hours, workshops, and other field programs
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to evaluate conference sponsorships and leadership events and determine participation globally
- Manage calendar and fully own 20+ events annually, identifying the best events to participate in to maximize budget and impact pipeline
- Build repeatable frameworks to scale our events programs to partner and regional teams
- Socialize consistent event reporting to demonstrate impact on pipeline and retention
- Develop pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies that maximize attendee conversion and sales follow-up
- Oversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation and management, swag and collateral production, shipping, and on-site execution
- Cook up compelling speaking content, event collateral, messaging, and follow up assets
- Identify and evaluate new event formats, conferences, and technologies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement through live experiences
- Travel approximately 20% of the time to events, primarily domestic with some international
Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years focused on event or field marketing
- Proven track record of planning and executing trade shows and field events end-to-end with positive ROI
- Experience working with global teams and ability to adapt to different regional needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality, you're comfortable figuring things out in ambiguous situations
- Data-driven mindset with the analytical ability to measure, communicate, and advocate for events
- Able to be resourceful, maximize budgets, and move quickly to have the best impact
Pay
The New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $130,000 to $155,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications.
