Event Marketing Coordinator-Temp

About the Role

The Event Marketing Coordinator will support the events team with a variety of activities, focusing on managing event timelines, task requests in our project management system, file and drive organization, budget tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage global conference calendars and updates, and support Event Leads on all logistics and support communications.
• Manage the Event share drive to ensure all event information is organized and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
• Assist with materials orders and shipping for all-level conferences.
• Track Event Campaigns in Wrike (project management tool) to ensure all projects are on track and stakeholder teams are aligned.
• Manage list processing and reporting for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events.
• Follow up with stakeholders as needed to manage timelines and project deadlines; coordinate the details necessary to complete projects.
• Help disseminate marketing materials, projects, and content once complete.
• Assist with event planning and logistics, including researching restaurant/hotel locations for small group dinners and local activities.
• Assist with budget and payment tracking.
• Support various other event and field marketing-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, event planning, or communications.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with multiple team members.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
• Experience with project/event management software is a plus.

Pay

Compensation range: $25—$30 USD per hour.
