Event Manager Intern
Duration: September to November 2026 • Location: Remote with travel opportunities to camp locations • Hours: Part-time, 20 hours weekly (Monday–Friday)

About the Role
The Event Manager Intern supports team recruitment, communication, and event operations for seasonal tournaments and circuit events. This role is responsible for building relationships with new and returning teams, tracking outreach efforts, and ensuring teams receive timely updates regarding registration, payments, schedules, and event details.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in Sales HQ
- Coordinate with finance on payment updates
- Keep team information organized and up to date
- Assist with event scheduling, team imports, and schedule modifications
- Communicate event changes leading up to and during events
- City Circuit outreach and organization
- Winter Circuit outreach and organization
- Money collection and scheduling
Requirements
- College student or recent graduate with a passion for sports
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
