Event Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Events to lead the planning and execution of global tradeshows, conferences, and customer events. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact event experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. EST Time Zone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a portfolio of global events and tradeshows from concept to completion.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Drive event performance through strategic activation, attendee engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead on-site event operations and event staff.
• Track and report on event outcomes, ROI, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing B2B events, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with event management and marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
