Event Manager

About the role

As our Event Manager, you’ll plan and deliver high-profile events that define the Magnifica experience, engaging our guests and elevating our brand. This is your chance to make your mark across luxury hospitality, private residences, resorts and aviation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate bespoke events, ensuring each is tailored to the client’s needs and reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Oversight of all logistics, including vendor sourcing and negotiation, audiovisual setup, and timeline management, to sharpen your project management and leadership skills.
• Development of creative event concepts that align with our objectives and brand image, collaborating with key teams to design exquisite menus and beverage selections.
• Staying ahead of industry trends in luxury events, hospitality, and emerging technologies, keeping our experiences fresh and innovative.
• Conducting post-event evaluations and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement, building a strong reputation for delivering consistently outstanding events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least five years’ experience in event management, with a significant focus on luxury hospitality
• Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale, high-end events that impress discerning clients
