Responsibilities
- Maintain guests' dining experience and ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Check with customers to ensure they have everything they need.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide guidance to guests regarding dining options and attractions.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of serving items.
- Set up, maintain, and break down food warmers, utensils, and hotboxes.
- Log and maintain consistent food temperatures.
- Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions.
- Arrange tables and decorations according to standards.
- Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to proper locations.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of the menu, products, and promotions.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner.
- Alcohol Server certification, or willingness to complete training.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor stadium during various weather conditions.
- Ability to carry at least two entrée plates simultaneously for long distances.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and read/write English.
- Understanding of the expo process and food and beverage preparations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, bend, and transport up to 50 lbs.
- Safe work habits and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Working email for communication with management teams.
- Availability for most Colorado Rapids games and minor league games.
