Event Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate registrations for in-person and virtual events
- Serve as the primary contact for attendee inquiries
- Manage registration records, payments, and confirmations
- Aid with continuing education credits and certificates
- Cook up hotel accommodations and conference logistics
- Prepare and ship event materials and sponsor items
- Travel to conferences to provide onsite support
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of event coordination, event planning, project coordination, or related experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
- Ability to travel throughout the year and lift 30+ pounds
Schedule
Hybrid schedule
First 6 months: Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays remote
After onboarding: 2 days in office / 3 days remote (based on performance)

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: · the individual's skill sets, experience and training; · licensure and certification requirements; · office location and other geographic considerations; and · other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits).
