Event Coordinator

Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring an Event Coordinator to support recruiting, people operations, and business support for a travel distribution and e-commerce organization. This role involves coordinating event logistics, communications, and follow-up for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain event timelines, task lists, participant information, vendor details, and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate invitations, registration, schedules, meeting links, venue or virtual-event details, and attendee communications.
• Track supplier, speaker, sponsor, or internal-team deliverables and follow up on overdue items.
• Prepare event materials, run-of-show documents, attendee lists, and operational checklists.
• Support live or virtual event execution and route issues quickly to the appropriate owner.
• Complete post-event follow-up, including records, invoices, feedback summaries, and closeout documentation.

Requirements

• Strong event coordination, organization, communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Comfort using event, scheduling, spreadsheet, email, conferencing, and project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, participants, and changing logistics accurately.
• Professional communication with attendees, speakers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through before and after events.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$62,500 - $70,500 per year
