Summary
The Events Coordinator, Americas supports the planning and execution of in-person events and marketing activities by coordinating logistics, managing vendor and registration processes, handling expenses, and maintaining tracking tools and documentation. This position reports to the Americas Senior Manager, Marketing Communications and Technical Marketing and is part of the Americas commercial organization located in the United States and will be located in our Marlborough, MA office.
Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of in-person events, including venue sourcing, catering, registration, and on-site requirements
- Engagement with conference organizers, vendors and internal teams to manage event services and ensure on time delivery
- Expense management, shipping logistics, marketing support requests
- Maintaining organized and efficient event operations through the use of tracking tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years of experience in event planning or marketing
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with the ability to thrive independently in deadline driven environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal acumen
- Ability to independently manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A demonstrated ability to take ownership and move to action with a proactive, solution oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
- Project management platforms and collaborative digital workspace software (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project, Miro, etc)
- B2B marketing campaign execution
- Analysis and interpretation of performance data related to in-person events or marketing campaigns

Pay
$26.00/hr - $31.00/hr
Schedule
Contract: 12 months, extensions likely, conversion possible
Qualifications
- Ability to travel up to 25% in Canada and United States
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lbs
